Abstract:

A recent research found that for all Reynolds numbers studied, the Two-Layer Crossing Channels Micromixer (TLCCM) has excellent mixing capabilities (around 100%) for Newtonian fluids. But because most industrial fluids aren't Newtonians, this paper describes the mixing evolution of power-law fluids in the geometry under consideration. The power-law index is constrained in this study to a range of 0.73 to 1, while the generalized Reynolds number is limited to a range of 0.1 to 50. With the species transpor
